The customer service for this on-line boutique is horrible. Last February I purchased a pair of size 6 sandals (my usual size) but they were a tad too small. I called to try and order a size 7 but was told the shoes were on backorder. I loved the shoes so I kept them thinking if I wore them maybe they might stretch a bit and then they would fit just fine. As it turns out I never wore the shoes and found them the other day in my closet in the original shoe box and the packing box I received them in. I checked the website and found that yes, they do still carry the SAME EXACT sandals and in the SAME EXACT color (silver). I called and asked if I could please just EXCHANGE the sandals for a size 7 since now they had them in stock. I was told NO, that it had been too long. I completely understand the return policy BUT I am only asking to exchange a product they still carry and in a color they still carry. Seems to be no big deal to me for the sake of customer service and the return of a customer who would spend more money. Now instead this review will be out there for all to see on Facebook. Seems like a large price to pay for something that could have been taken care of very easily.
