I spent forever on the phone while the girl confirmed they had the product. She then says they need a few days to get it out. I paid to have it sent expedited shipping. 3 days later I get a confirmation it has shipped, then the day after that I get an email that the order was cancelled. I emailed them as I got a confirmation the day before. No one responded. I called, was on hold forever, to then be told, oh yeah we don't have them sorry, but we have refunded you....like she is doing me a favor to refund me.
